You’re an amazing woman and entrepreneur. And you’re tired, a bit scared and sometimes think: what the hell am I doing?
At this point your might be flat out panicking, doubting why you started in the first place. Thinking that the sceptics will be right. Feeling a stroke of shame when you think of family and friends who supported you and worried that you took on too much.
Will they be right?
When you think about your business it’s never the brand, long strokes. It’s always what fire to put out with what bucket of water. It’s not sustainable, and for sure not growth and prosperity.
You might feel alone. I know I did.
I support overwhelmed women entrepreneurs and founders to stand strong, speak their truth and grow their businesses.
I do this because I love the expression of creation through business. I think that people who step out into the unknown and dare to create something in the world are the bravest people there is. It’s inspired.
It’s also hard. And I know everything about how it feels to be scared, question yourself, feeling like a fraud, managing everything and everyone, except yourself. I know it from years of running the fastest I could and working the hardest I knew how to and yet never really knowing where it would lead me.
You can keep doing it the hard way until you cannot anymore. That’s what happened with me.
Sooner or later it comes crashing down
I’ve been in business for myself for more than 15 years. Feeling like
an entrepreneur, or to having fun with it, is a much more resent experience.
The pressure and stress of managing my business, life, family, imagined expectations was overwhelming and draining to the point where it came crashing down. I would say a complete breakdown of body, mind, spirit and soul.
And all for no reason.
For me the story continued in paralyzing fear of…everything, I suddenly heard a voice in my head. Not a friendly voice.
I was surprised to realize that this voice had accompanied me for my whole adult life. A harsh, judgmental, fearful voice.
The surprise was that this voice, clearly my own, had so little to do with the image and story I had of myself and who I was. Happy childhood. Creative. Supportive parents. Did well in school. And my outside voice speaking to family, friends and at work, doing good and appreciated work in the world, was a positive, non-judgmental, joyful voice. So who the hell was I being on the inside?
A journey within followed. I went to work. A year later I actually felt only gratitude for the experience. It had become my opportunity to build Me and Life from the inside out instead of the other way around. And so I did.

Being in Beautiful Business
The story above is my reason why. Why I love the work I do helping entrepreneurs, founders and leaders building themselves and their businesses from the inside out. It’s a joy to follow the insights and revelations of someone who opened up a door to something old and limiting and seeing them letting it go. It’s so rewarding to sit with someone who connects to a purpose that fires them up and help them put their game face on. The whole process of coaching is a humbling experience, I believe that deep connection is healing and beyond healing there comes creation. Being in business is a grand expression of creation and when we move away stuff that is in the way I get to see what marvelous things that get created.
