Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support clarity, learning, reflection, decision-making, leadership, and personal or professional development.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, psychological treatment, psychiatric care, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or any other regulated professional service.

If you are experiencing mental illness, emotional crisis, or require medical or psychological care, you should seek appropriate licensed professional support.

Participation in coaching is voluntary, and you remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, health, and results.

Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

you are responsible for your own choices and actions;

coaching cannot guarantee specific outcomes or business results;

lasting change depends on your own engagement and application.

We are committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality coaching, but results naturally vary from person to person.

Booking and Payment

Payment terms are presented at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise agreed:

payment is due before coaching begins;

invoices shall be paid by the stated due date;

prices are shown in the stated currency and may be subject to VAT where applicable.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered completed and are generally non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

If Coach Johanna must reschedule a session, an alternative appointment will be offered as soon as reasonably possible.

Digital Products

All digital products—including assessments, reports, PDFs, recordings, videos, and downloadable materials—are licensed for your personal use only.

You may not:

copy;

reproduce;

distribute;

sell;

share;

modify;

publish;

or commercially exploit any material without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, frameworks, assessments, recordings, coaching materials, and downloadable resources, remains the intellectual property of Johanna Westbrandt unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property.

Confidentiality

Anything shared during private coaching sessions is treated as confidential unless:

disclosure is required by Swedish law; or

you provide explicit consent.

Likewise, any confidential information shared by Coach Johanna should be treated with respect and not shared without permission.
